 Tuition
Policy and Fees
We are a non-profit school and not affiliated with any corporate preschool. Our
tuition enables the operation of the school. Although we are a part of Venture
Christian Church, our operational costs are funded separately. All tuition is
used to pay teacher and staff salaries, buy and maintain equipment, pay lease of
building, maintain building and grounds, insurance, curriculum and supplies and
consumables.
Fundraisers and Donations
As a non-profit 501C-3 ministry, we hold fundraisers throughout the year, as
well as ask for donations from the community. All fundraisers and donations are
tax-deductible. As an enrolled tuition-paying parent, you are not obligated to
participate in the fundraisers. We encourage our parents to be involved in the
fundraisers, if able, as it allows us to keep our tuition fees lower than other
preschools in the community.

School-Year Tuition (Mid-August thru Mid-June)
Children enrolled in our school-year program must pay two-weeks tuition the
first day of school. Tuition is due every two weeks on the Monday or Tuesday
that you attend. Please refer to Tuition Payment Schedule for exact dates that
your tuition is due.
Year-Round Tuition
Children enrolled in our year-round school schedule must pay two-weeks tuitions
on the first day of child’s enrollment date. If child begins school during the
month, we will pro-rate that month (dividing days of the month for daily rate).
Payment Considerations
1. Tuition is due whether child is sick or on vacation.
2. If leaving the program, a two-week notice is required.
3. Tuition for full and half-day children is the same each month even if the
school is only open part of the month. (Ex: Christmas/New Years vacation)
4. Tuition payments not received by the tuition due dates is considered late and
a $25.00 late fee will be added. Returned checks will be charged $25.
5. If you are unable to make your tuition payment in a timely fashion, please
discuss payment options with the Director.
Late Pick-Up Fees
We understand that traffic and other circumstances can make a parent/guardian
occasionally late. Since our teachers and assistants are preparing for a new
class or going home, your child will wait in our office if you are late. We
charge $1.00 per minute that you are late. Our Administrator will discuss this
fee with you (not in the presence of your child).
